Why Login problems are coming up.

I can not log on to members page. it has started recently after premium membership. It means that if we donot pay for premium fee then we can not log on to our member`s page. If Administrator can not fix it then cancel my membership. I can not pay for blank pages. Administrator is backing out from the promises with members.
