I was successfully able to log into the members area, but I am still having problems with the members area front page. When I enter the members area page it isn't loading any text, pictures or anything and is completely blank, but I am able to click and load links and images. Sometimes the members area page does load up normally and then if I leave the page to go another page it will go back to white. I don't know if this is a technical problem on your end or mine but hopefully it will be resolved soon. Thank you for fixing my log in problems and I hope my technical issues with the members area will be resolved in due time.

Edit: Having succesfully logged in once I am now having the same problems with logging in again. I don't know if the Strongbox software has blocked me or the problem is something else but I am always ending up on the page saying "Incorrect user name, password, or secret word" after failing to log in but not getting any further than that. I hope this can be sorted out soon and hopefully the problem will not persist.

Edit: Was able to log in again once this morning and then had the same problem I had last night with not being able to log in when I tried to log in a second time. Still had issues with not being able to see text or images. Hopefully this will be fixed soon

I am writing to inform you that I am still having problems logging in to the members area. I wrote an email to support@kirtu.com yesterday but I have not had any reply. I am sometimes able to log in but it is a very inconsistent amount of time and after awhile it tells me I have to login again I try to login and it usually fails and I am left on the page saying "Incorrect user name, password, or secret word". I would like know if you are having technical problems on your end or if it is a problem on my end. I understand that it may take time to fix the problems but could you give me an idea of how long it may take to be fixed. Hopefully this will all be fixed soon and I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
